The Organizing Committee has selected hotels in different rate categories for participants of ICPE 2019-ECCE Asia. Special rates and available rooms have been secured but may be available only until March 31, 2019. To secure reservation, please make the hotel reservation through the online reservation system. Please click the ‘Accommodation Reservation’ button below for reservation
How to book your room

Read the hotel information and click the next tab to check the room types and the rates.
Click ‘Booking’ tab and insert the information as required from the housing bureau (please note that the hotel reservation system and registration system is separate).
Insert credit card details to guarantee your booking.

Once the booking is submitted, Hanjin Travel (ICPE 2019-ECCE Asia Housing Bureau) will send you a confirmation of your booking after the reservation is finalized.

Booking & Payment Conditions
- Confirmation
1.
Confirmation will be emailed to you after charging 1 night deposit to the credit card you provide on the hotel reservation form.
2.
Final confirmation will be emailed to you after charging the rest of payment to your credit card at the time of hotel reservation deadline. (Deadline is March 31, 2019.)
- Payment
1.
1 night deposit payment must be made by credit card to obtain a confirmation.
2.
The rest of payment must be made by the credit card at the time of hotel reservation deadline.
3.
In case of payment by bank transfer, total payment must be paid within 14 days from the date of the hotel booking request and bank
transfer copy should be emailed to the Housing Bureau including Hanjin Travel reservation number, guest name, sender's name, hotel
name for tracking your payment, otherwise it will be cancelled.

All dates below are based on Korea Standard Time (GMT +9).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation / Refund
Cancellation and/or reduction in the number of nights reserved must be made to the Housing Bureau (yhpark@kaltour.com), in case of late notice, the following penalty shall be applied.

Necessary refunds will be made after the conference.
All bank remittance charges are to be paid by participants.
