Final Manuscript Submission
You should complete all the following steps by April 9, 2019 otherwise your paper may not appear in the proceedings.
Template for Final Manuscript
The templates of the final manuscript provide a detailed description of paper preparation. Please read it carefully and write the manuscript according to this guideline.
- Step 1: IEEE PDF eXpress
Once the final manuscript is ready to submit, authors must create a PDF file according to the IEEE PDF eXpress. All submissions MUST be IEEE Explore compliant and the only way to insure this is to use IEEE PDF eXpress. Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at http://www.pdf-express.org/

③ Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
④ Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
- Step 2: Author Registration
One of the authors for the final manuscript is needed to complete his/her registration. Once registration with payment is completed, the submit button for final manuscript will be activated. For more details of registration, please see the Registration page at http://icpe2019.org/sub4/sub4_01.php.
- Step 3: Copyright Form
In order to be published in the conference proceedings, all accepted papers MUST be accompanied by a signed KIPE Copyright Form. Please download the copyright form.
- Step 4: Final Manuscript Upload
On-line submission only. Neither fax nor e-mail submission will be accepted.
The submitted final manuscript will be published in the USB Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. If the final manuscript was not presented at the conference, it will NOT be included in IEEE Xplore.Plagiarism
Make sure that your paper is substantially different from (your) previously published work. Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism and multiple publications by same author(s) using general “cross-checking tools”.
Organizing and Technical Program Committee are considering Plagiarism as a very important criteria in accepting the final manuscript. The general guideline of IEEE-sponsored conferences is employed to determine the level of Plagiarism & final acceptance unless otherwise notified in a special case.
The final manuscript published in the USB Conference Proceedings may be withdrawn from IEEE Xplore if the serious Plagiarism issue is found in later publication stages.
