The submitted final manuscript will be published in the USB Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. If the final manuscript was not presented at the conference, it will NOT be included in IEEE Xplore.

Make sure that your paper is substantially different from (your) previously published work. Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism and multiple publications by same author(s) using general “cross-checking tools”.

Organizing and Technical Program Committee are considering Plagiarism as a very important criteria in accepting the final manuscript. The general guideline of IEEE-sponsored conferences is employed to determine the level of Plagiarism & final acceptance unless otherwise notified in a special case. Organizing and Technical Program Committee have the sole and exclusive right to reject the final submitted manuscript according to its own judgement.

The final manuscript published in the USB Conference Proceedings may be withdrawn from IEEE Xplore if the serious Plagiarism issue is found in later publication stages.
